Terms and Condition
Booking: A booking deposit is required to secure your chosen character for your event. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
Payment: The balance of payment is due in full before the event. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation: If the booking is cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event, the booking deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event, the full fee will be charged.
Changes to the booking: Any changes to the booking must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Changes made less than two weeks prior to the event may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
Character appearance: Our characters will arrive in full costume and in character for the duration of the event. Please note that due to health and safety reasons, the character may need to take breaks during the event.
Performance: Our characters will interact with the guests and perform age-appropriate activities such as story-telling, singing, and games. However, our characters are not trained performers and may not be able to perform specific requests or routines.
Liability: We take no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the event. It is the responsibility of the host to provide a safe environment for the guests and performers.
Images and recordings: We reserve the right to use any images or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Additional fees: Additional fees may apply for events outside our normal service area, events outside our normal operating hours, or for additional characters or services.
